These terms apply to purchases and enquiries made through Porthause Global. By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of the agreed quotation, specifications, delivery arrangements, and these terms.
Products and Condition
We supply new and slightly used shipping containers. Product photographs may be representative. The applicable container type, dimensions, condition, grade, quantity, and other specifications will be stated in the product listing, quotation, invoice, or order confirmation.
Pricing and Payment
Prices and payment requirements are confirmed during checkout or in the customer’s quotation and invoice. An order is accepted after the required payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders. Delivery schedules are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise and may be affected by availability, transport, ports, customs, weather, site access, or events outside our reasonable control.
Inspection, Returns, and Refunds
Customers should inspect containers at delivery and report concerns promptly. Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days. Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days after the returned container has been received and inspected. Full requirements are provided in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Acceptable Use
The customer is responsible for using the container lawfully and safely, obtaining any required permits, and ensuring that its intended use and installation comply with applicable local requirements.
